Have you ever considered a career in eCommerce recruitment?

Have you ever considered a career in eCommerce recruitment?

Lockdowns. $39b acquisitions. Bennifer reunions. There’s been plenty of curveballs this year. I’ve got another one for you.

Have you ever considered a career in recruitment? eCommerce recruitment specifically?

The reason I put this in front of you is that I never planned a career in eCommerce talent. And our newest team member, Yuliya, didn’t either. Yuliya came from an eCommerce career at Webjet and is smashing it out of the park with our retailers and job seekers.

I’ve got to tell you, it’s fun – and rewarding. We get to speak eCommerce all day with some of the best in the business. We go behind the scenes on a range of businesses to help solve the big problems. And we witness the growth of great retailers when matched with brilliant talent. It has given me a totally new perspective on what makes a successful eCommerce business: people and team.

Of course, there are some nice personal incentives in a recruitment career including uncapped earning potential, brilliant connections and hey, sometimes you just have to go out for long lunch meetings.

So yes, it might be a curveball and something you haven’t considered before, but if you are passionate about eCommerce and love connecting people for growth, we’d love to talk to you. No previous recruitment experience is required.

As for J-Lo and Affleck – tell me it’s not a publicity stunt right?
