Welcome to the new and improved eCommerce Accelerator 2022

Welcome to the new and improved eCommerce Accelerator 2022

When we planned for our Student eCommerce Graduate Program to launch in late 2021, I did a strategic plan and timeline. Em pulled tarot cards. I hate to admit it but the tarot cards won.

They predicted, in Em’s interpretation…

“It’s going to be a success. Just in it’s current form.”

I’ve gone from scoffing at cardboard cards to swallowing humble pie.

This week we relaunched the eSuite Accelerator as a ten week course to teach anyone in Australia the foundations of eCommerce. This includes strategy, finance, marketing, technology, supply chain, analytics and more. We kick off on March 14th 2022.

So, now that we have relaunched this program, here’s what the eCommerce Accelerator looks like:

  • Not just for students. It’s for everyone. We originally launched for graduating students to help them get their first job in eCommerce. We quickly learnt that our clients, candidates and community wanted access as well. And with our mission to increase the level of eCommerce talent across Australia, it didn’t make sense to limit it just to students. Budding retailers, agency folk, confused leaders – you’re all welcome. In fact, having a mix of all backgrounds and experiences will make it a much more interesting dynamic. We are offering paid enrolments for individuals (and teams) looking to upskill with twenty free sponsored placements for graduating students.
  • 100% remote. When designing the course, we got overwhelming feedback from academics and seasoned trainers that we needed to have a physical presence. Students were sick of remote learning and were quickly disengaged. But when we launched it to students, no one wanted to be tied to a physical location! And as we deal in eCommerce, if we can’t learn remotely… what hope do we have? So, we are 100% remote learning which opens the course up to anyone in Australia. We will have live classes, an active online community and interactive assignments to keep us on track.
  • More balance. We originally planned it as a two week intensive course at the end of November to coincide with the end of uni semester. I don’t know about you but I had trouble concentrating long enough to peel a mango at the end of 2021 – let alone taking on something like this. So we moved in to start on March 2022 and spread it over ten weeks. We have included a self-directed study break over Easter. We want it to work with work, study and personal lives. It will still need devotion with 2 hour live classes every week and up to 4 hours of self-directed learning but you can do it on your own terms.

I am super excited about the structure and the content we have for our ten week eCommerce Accelerator course. I just want to get started – and silence those tarot cards.

If you are interested in joining, visit the eCommerce Accelerator site and sign up to the waitlist.

Anyone who joins the waitlist in January will receive a $500 discount code for when we launch the Accelerator for registrations in February.

Reach out to me directly if you have any questions on the Accelerator. And reach out to Em if you want a set of tarot cards to do your strategic planning for 2022.

Cheers,

Bushy
